This is an employee role (not independent contractor) with blocked scheduling, the ability to teach multiple class levels, and real opportunity for growth within a multi-studio organization.

Who You Are
- A fully certified Pilates instructor who values safe, effective, and engaging instruction
- Confident teaching all levels, from beginner to advanced

- Comfortable in a group class environment (up to 12 clients)
- Interested in growing your career—not just filling a schedule
What You’ll Do
- Teach group Reformer-based Pilates classes following Club Pilates standards
- Deliver safe, creative, and challenging workouts using:
- Reformers (Balanced Body)
- Springboard
- EXO Chair
- TRX
- Barre, hand weights, and other apparatus
- Maintain a clean, professional studio environment
- Inspect equipment before each class to ensure safety
- Build relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming studio culture
- Assist with client check-in and support the sales team when needed
- Promote studio offerings, retail, and memberships through authentic client connection
- Be a positive, inspiring presence that lives our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
Requirements
- Full apparatus Pilates certification (450 hours or equivalent)
- Experience teaching group classes
- Strong cueing, class management, and form correction skills
- Contemporary approach grounded in classical principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and use studio systems (e.g., ClubReady)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-first attitude
