The Role

The Sales Associate is a true sales role, not a receptionist position.

You are the first impression of the studio—responsible for generating leads, booking appointments, delivering studio tours, and converting prospects into long-term members.

You’ll be measured on performance, coached to improve, and rewarded when you win.

What You’ll Do

• Execute the full sales process: lead follow-up → tour → close
• Represent Club Pilates with energy, professionalism, and authenticity
• Conduct studio tours and discovery conversations to uncover client needs
• Sell memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail products
• Maintain strong personal sales performance and conversion metrics
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales goals
• Support current members with exceptional customer service
• Participate in community events, promotions, and special activations
• Continuously improve selling skills through coaching and feedback
• Use ClubReady and other systems to track activity and results

Requirements

• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups
• Ability to learn and use CRM and studio software (e.g., ClubReady)
• Professional demeanor in person, on the phone, and via email
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during shifts
